Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of furny.am and any purchase of products from Furny LLC (“Furny”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2) Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a contract. If you are under 18, you should place orders with the involvement/permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3) Products and information on the site

We sell furniture and related goods (“Products”).

Product photos are for illustration. Colors, textures, and details may look different due to lighting and screen settings.

Measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances, unless stated otherwise.

Some items may be delivered assembled, partially assembled, or flat-packed (as described on the product page).
4) Custom-made / made-to-order goods
Some Products may be produced to your specifications (size, fabric, color, configuration) or otherwise individualized. These are considered custom-made.
Custom-made goods may have special rules for cancellation/returns (see Sections 10–11). Armenian consumer law also limits returns for individualized goods.
5) Prices, currency, and invoices

Prices are shown in AMD unless stated otherwise.

Delivery/assembly fees (if any) are shown at checkout or confirmed during order confirmation.

We may issue invoices/receipts and request the details required by law.
6) Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we confirm it (by email, SMS, phone, or in your account).

We may decline or cancel an order if: the product is unavailable, there is a pricing/technical error, suspected fraud, or we cannot deliver to the provided address.
7) Payment
We offer payment methods shown at checkout (for example: card, bank transfer, cash on delivery, etc. — as applicable).
If paying by card online: we do not store full card details (see our Privacy Policy).
8) Delivery
Delivery area: Armenia (unless stated otherwise).
Delivery timing: estimated on the product page or confirmed after ordering. Dates are estimates and can change due to production, logistics, weather, or other factors.
Delivery conditions (important):

Please ensure someone can receive the order at the agreed time.

You are responsible for providing correct address and contact details.

You are responsible for ensuring access (entrance, stairs, elevator size, doorway width). If delivery fails due to access issues, a repeat delivery fee may apply.
9) Inspection on delivery
At delivery, please inspect packaging and Products as reasonably possible:

If there is visible damage, note it with the courier/delivery team and take photos.

If something is missing or incorrect, contact us within 24–48 hours with photos so we can help quickly.
This does not limit your legal rights for defects (Section 11).
10) Returns / exchanges of proper-quality goods (14 days)
If a Product is non-food and of proper quality, you may return or exchange it within 14 days from the day it was handed over to you (unless we offer a longer period). The 14-day period is considered met if you hand it to a postal/courier/delivery service within those 14 days.
Conditions for return/exchange of proper-quality goods include:

The Product is unused

It keeps its marketable appearance and product attributes

Labels/seals (if any) are intact

You have proof of purchase / settlement documents
Return delivery costs: the cost of delivering a proper-quality Product back to the seller is generally paid by the purchaser, unless we agree otherwise.

10.1) Exceptions: when proper-quality goods may not be returnable
Proper-quality goods may not be returnable in cases including custom-made/individualized goods (made to your special requirements), unless your contract with us states otherwise.
(Other legal exceptions may apply depending on the goods category and Government-approved lists.)
11) Defective / improper-quality goods (your remedies)
If a Product has a defect (improper quality) and it wasn’t disclosed in advance, Armenian consumer law allows the consumer, at their choice, to request remedies such as:

free repair (or reimbursement of repair expenses),
-
price reduction,
-
replacement,
-
or rescission of the contract (return and refund).
If the contract is rescinded due to improper quality, the refund claim is generally satisfied within 10 days from the date the claim is submitted.
How to report a defect: contact info@furny.am with order number, description, and clear photos/video.
12) Warranty
If a Product has a stated warranty, the warranty terms (period and coverage) are described on the product page or warranty card. Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and excludes damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, moisture/heat exposure beyond normal conditions, or unauthorized repair.
13) Cancellations

Before dispatch / before production starts: you may request cancellation. If payment was made, we refund according to Section 14.

After dispatch: cancellation is treated as a return request (Section 10).

Custom-made / made-to-order: if production has started, cancellation may be limited or may require reimbursement of incurred costs (materials/labor), unless law requires otherwise.
14) Refunds
Refund method depends on the original payment method:

Card: back to the same card/account where possible

Bank transfer: to your provided bank account

Cash on delivery: via a method agreed with you
We may wait to receive and inspect returned goods before issuing a refund (except where law requires otherwise).
15) Assembly and installation (if offered)
If we provide assembly/installation:

You must provide safe working conditions and access to the location.

Any extra work not included in the service (wall drilling, electrical/plumbing, moving old furniture, etc.) is excluded unless agreed in writing.
16) Promotions and discount codes

Promo codes may have expiry dates, product exclusions, and minimum order amounts.

One order may be limited to one promo code unless stated otherwise.

We may cancel promo benefits in case of abuse, fraud, or system error.
17) Intellectual property
All site content (text, photos, logos, design, product descriptions) belongs to Furny or its partners and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
18) Limitation of liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses (lost profit, business interruption, etc.).
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under Armenian law.
19) Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, war, strikes, supplier disruptions, transport issues, etc.).
20) Privacy
Your personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy.
21) Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes should first be addressed by contacting us. If not resolved, disputes may be considered by competent courts in Armenia.
